About

Hi, I’m Holly (she/her), an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner with a passion for helping people reconnect with balance so they feel well to live the life of their dreams. My journey into Chinese medicine began during a time of burnout — when years of stress and overcommitment left me feeling drained and disconnected. That experience taught me just how closely our body, mind, and emotions are intertwined, and how powerful it can be when we start to listen to what they’re trying to tell us.

Chinese medicine gave me a new way to understand health — not just an absence of symptoms, but as a state of flow and equilibrium i.e life feeling easy. Through acupuncture, herbs, and support from my team of loved ones, I found my way back to energy, clarity, and ease. Now I help others do the same.

In my treatments, I focus on creating an inclusive, calm, supportive space where you feel heard and can unwind. Together, we work toward improving your sleep and energy, easing pain, supporting digestion, and navigating stress or life transitions with greater ease. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that real healing happens when the body and mind are given the space to restore themselves.
