Holly is a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

She is covered by all major health funds and her clients are eligible for private insurance rebates on consultations. Holly is also covered by Work Safe. Eligible patients can claim reimbursements for their treatments with her.
